Pain in your back, hips, knees and belly can be traced back to tight or weak psoas muscles. You change the state and functionality of your psoas muscle group through understanding, identification and then exercises.

Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras is considered to be the handbook for the mind. These 4 chapters suggest ways to live harmoniously and sattvicly, allowing us to build a platform for a truly satisfying life. In this class we will investigate the self-inquiry and other practices suggested throughout the sutras to help us gain a thorough understanding of our minds and help us rediscover our original state of being.

Learn how to use one of the most common household items, a chair, to build strength, stability, mobility and flexibility. The poses we will practice will be great to use during the work day (even during a zoom meeting!), or while watching a movie or listening to a book on tape.
All levels are welcome to join. Bring your restrictions and injuries!
Doing short sessions many times during the week is a better way to strengthen and heal your back then one long class just once per week. This class will go over exercises when we are together, then you will have video clips of exercises to follow during the week.
