    Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras is considered to be the handbook for the mind. These 4 chapters suggest ways to live harmoniously and sattvicly, allowing us to build a platform for a truly satisfying life. In this class we will investigate the self-inquiry and other practices suggested throughout the sutras to help us gain a thorough understanding of our minds and help us rediscover our original state of being.

    Doing short sessions many times during the week is a better way to strengthen and heal your back then one long class just once per week.  This class will go over exercises when we are together, then you will have video clips of exercises to follow during the week.

    Join Bonnie in this 5 week series to help you identify what is tight in your body, what is weak in your hips and what is the proper alignment for you.  Most importantly, learn ways to address your personal restrictions. 

    You will learn where your hip muscles (and bones!) are and what they do, what they are not doing, and how to get them working together to bring you more ease of movement.  Classes will be recorded so you wont miss a thing.

    Wednesdays 12-1 March 3rd-31st  $75

    $115 if you would like to include a 30 minute fascial release session in person (usually $70)

    Learn the easy and helpful technique of TRE (Tension and Trauma reducing exercises).  The self-regulation method can be done on your own at any time. It is also helpful to tremor with others, even over Zoom!  New students and experienced ones are welcome to attend.  You will receive instructions on how to set up your camera when you register.

    TRE (Trauma and Tension Reducing/releasing Exercises) is a phenominal self-regulation technique that can be practiced by any one at any time.  The tremoring aspect of the practice helps to release tension and resets your nervous system so you can finally relax.  Many people find it can help to regulate emotions and responses that stem from traumatic events.
